Nikki is a member of the Heritage Ensemble, a former member of the Musicians Workshop, and a Black Belt to boot!
Serena G.
Serena Gu is beginning her Level 1 Certificate of Merit. She advanced from Beginning Band to Cadet Band at Shivela Middle School this year. She will also receive her Music Teachers National Association Acheivement Award, level 1, this summer.
Mary Anne Z.
Mary Anne is a member of the esteemed Vista Murrieta Band program. In the fall, she will be in the color guard with the Marching Band.
Hi-Zee A.
Hi-Zee is also a member of the Musicians workshop, and Heritage Ensemble as a violinist. She, like her cousin Nikki is a black belt, and is proud of her many accomplishments this year.

This year, Michelle completed the certificate of Merit Level 4, and is enjoying learning the piccolo as well as flute! You should hear this girl!

Vista Murrieta student, Katie Lobnow has been named the 2007-2008 section leader. An honor and a challenge, Katie is up for it, and willing to take on a huge responsibility. With just several weeks of lessons, Katie has improved a ton!
Briana S.
Briana was the 2006-2007 section leader at Murrieta Valley High School, and will be the band's Vice President next year. She is an accomplished flute player, and will participate in various festivals next school year. Look for her in lights!
Roseielle A.
Roseielle is a fantastic flute player. In just two 1/2 hour lessons a month, R. has learned a major work by Bach and another work by Goddard for this recital. She is one of the members of the Vista Murrieta Concert Band, and also a member of the Valley Winds, a community band in Temecula.
